Main features:
Structure of produced product: Two-side extrusion lamination at one time (at the same time can print), main base material/printing layer/mat lamination layer/ specular-face lamination layer. High-grade digital photo paper production line is with high performance and low cost. Changing plastics/resins in mat layer or specular-face layer can produce many kinds of multi-layer laminated products.

Extruder: High-precision full-seal original imported die head(made in Tai wan, Japan or Italy);

Die head: Double-layer co-extrusion device, which is composed of the high-precision full-seal original imported die head (made in Taiwan, Japan or Italy) and the high-precision co-extrusion feedblock(made in Taiwan, Japan or Italy);

Control type: High-precision PLC(Siemens\Mitsubishi) programmable control, HMI(Siemens\Hitech) dialog, whole integrative running;

Transducer: Japanese ANCHUAN digital vector control transducer;

Tension control: Full automatic constant tension control for reeling, unreeling and every tension point;

Reeling and unreeling machine: Adopt the round-plate type reeling and unreeling structure (only one in our country) with advanced international level (Italian technique).
